TECHNICAL LEADER
(based in Niedercorn, Luxembourg)

Your Purpose

As a key member of our New Product Development and Innovation team you will be assigned a number of responsibilities at various stages of the new product development. Working together with our local and central teams (operations, supply chain, technical departments…), you will:

· Support new product development by participating in related processes;
· Support the new product introduction process by actively resolving manufacturing and tooling issues;
· Implement technical projects related to periphery equipment, new production technologies and automation;
· Be responsible for equipment specifications, selection of international suppliers and follow up on project progress;
· Suggest improvements in order to increase the efficiency of running production.

Your Profile

· A true technical expert, you can demonstrate autonomy, drive and innovation;
· At least 5 years experience, preferably as a factory technical manager; ideally with a mechatronics background;
· You will have a “hands-on” approach with sound project management, problem solving and analytical skills;
· A team player that is proactive, eager to learn and build.
· Fluent in English (working language). Available to travel frequently within Europe.
